There are very few things more iconic than Sleeping Beauty Castle at Disneyland. Because it is so iconic, it is photographed a LOT and there are always people around it. Sleeping Beauty Castle at Disneyland is beautiful. I also think there are a lot of other wonderful and beautiful details surrounding the castle at Disneyland. One example of this is this lamp that is in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle. I just love how imperfect it is. It looks authentic and like someone made it from hand; quite possibly someone did. 20 years ago Disneyland Paris opened its gates. There have been lots of changes since then, including a name, but one thing has remained the same; this is a wonderful continuation of Walt Disney’s legacy that started at Disneyland. This is a photo of Sleeping Beauty Castle at Disneyland Paris from my last trip. As I picked out this photo I was watching the new Disney Dreams spectacular live streaming from Disneyland Paris. It seemed only fitting that I pick a photo for today from Disneyland Paris as I’m absolutely loving this show! Today Disneyland was a buzz as the park was filled with the Christmas spirit for the recording of the Disney Parks Christmas Day Parade. Things got started with Big Bad Voodoo Daddy performing Christmas is Starting Now in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle. He was joined by Kim Johnson and Louis Van Amstel from Dancing with the Stars for the performance of this song from Phineas and Ferb. They were followed by Selena Gomez who sang Winter Wonderland.
