Patriotism at Disneyland

One of my favorite things that happens at Disneyland is the flag retreat ceremony. For a few minutes every day, Town Square becomes a focal point of patriotism. Often the Disneyland Band and the Dapper Dans provide patriotic music. The Disneyland Resort Security provides the honor guard which lowers the flag. Cast Members (and ideally guests as well) stop to pay respect to the flag and what it represents. This photo was taken on the Fourth of July. On this day, the Marine band was brought in for the flag retreat and it was awesome!
